This Firefox theme was designed to be used in unison with Mrrste's Windowblind. It requires the following Firefox Add-Ons: Compact Menu and Tab Mix Plus

No. It is for Firefox 2 Windows users. The theme will not work for the later version of Firefox and there are no plans to update it.

Aquasoft.org is always a great place to start. I know there are some great Firefox threads that give you pointers on modify Firefox.

I'm not using Firefox 3 and don't have any plans in the near future to do so until the add-ons/skinning capabilities improve.
