Dark Graphite for Windowblinds XP

The Guikit includes:

* Windowblind for XP
* Firefox 2 Theme (No plans for Firefox 3 so don't ask...)
* Styler Toolbar
* Objectbar Theme by Rippernkind [link]

A big thank you to Duyvan82 for letting me do the port.

Another big thank you to Rippernkind for letting me include his Objectbar theme with the Guikit.

There is some confusion as to who owns what resources in this theme so if I have not given an honorable mention to anyone who provided the resources for this theme, please let me know so I can give credit where it is due.

All I ask that if you wish to create additional elements for this theme, please ask because I'm not the owner of the original theme.
